Experimental Autopilot is early-stage software. Expect rough edges and breaking changes.

Task-oriented walkthroughs for common autopilot workflows, from simple one-off tasks to fully autonomous multi-sprint loops.

Start here

Quick Start — Install autopilot and run your first task end-to-end. If you haven't used autopilot before, start here.

Usage scenarios

Single Task — Run one specific task without planning or a roadmap. The fastest path to getting something done.

Plan & Sprint — The bread-and-butter workflow: give autopilot some context, let it build a plan, review it, then execute. Good for structured sprints.

Roadmap-Driven Development — Start from a goal rather than a task list. Autopilot researches your project, shapes a roadmap, then plans and executes tasks. Good for projects where you know the destination but not the steps.

Ralph: Autonomous Loop — Fully autonomous development. Ralph runs plan → sprint → evaluate in a loop until the goal is met or you've hit the sprint limit. Set it and walk away.

Portfolio Overview — Scan an entire directory of projects, auto-generate roadmaps for each, and produce a prioritized cross-project portfolio. Good for understanding what to work on next across many repos.
